Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship products via Australia Post or courier, with a flat rate of $15 for all Australia-wide deliveries. Express shipping is also available for $25. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and delivery times are estimated to be 2-7 days for metropolitan areas and 7-10 days for rural areas.

Packaging

At Takcollection, we prioritize both product protection and environmental responsibility during transit. We use eco-friendly and recycled packaging whenever possible, only resorting to bubble wrap in exceptional cases. Every order will be elegantly packaged in our signature black tissue paper and store sticker. If you’re sending the item as a gift, simply let us know, and we’ll exclude the invoice. Additionally, we offer optional gift wrapping upon request.

Returns

Takcollection provides a 7-day exchange policy for all purchases, except for non-returnable items such as those on clearance or custom-ordered. For returns due to a change of mind, a 2-month credit note will be issued. Note: This policy does not apply to non-returnable items.

Please be advised that returns due to change of mind are not eligible for refunds.
Our policy allows for refunds only in cases of faulty products that cannot be fixed or replaced.

In case of damaged, incorrect, or faulty products during transit, a replacement will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

This Returns Policy is part of Takcollection’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Takcollection reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Prices and availability are subject to change, and errors may be corrected after orders are placed and/or payment is accepted. Please review all return policies before making a purchase. International Shipping

Damaged In Transit Products

If you receive a damaged product during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and, if it is determined to have been damaged in transit, we will either provide a replacement product or issue a refund.

Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by wilful actions, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering with the product.

Incorrectly Shipped Products

If you receive a product that was not what you ordered, please let Takcollection know right away. We will then send you a replacement product, if available, and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

If it is determined by Takcollection that the product was shipped correctly (for example, if you ordered the wrong product by mistake), it will be your responsibility to return the product at your own cost and pay for shipping for a replacement product to be sent to you. Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by wilful actions, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering with the product.

Returns Procedure

Before returning any goods, whether they are defective or not, you must first receive authorization from Takcollection. To get authorization, please reach out to us by phone at (02) xxxx xxxx or by email at info@Takcollection.com.au.

You will need to supply the following information, most of which will be on your invoice before we can issue a return authorisation:

  • Name and contact details of original purchaser.
  • Our reference/order number
  • Date on packing slip or invoice
  • Reason for return
  • Your name and contact details.

Please note that you will be responsible for returning the product to our store in its original condition and original packaging. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Also, you may need to pay for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by Takcollection.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your return and issue a replacement product or refund, as applicable. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of returns.
